About Us

Background and experience - My Story

I am a dedicated Registered nurse with over 11 years of experience working across aged care and community settings, with a strong passion for supporting people to live independently and achieve their goals. Throughout my nursing journey, I have developed extensive clinical experience while providing compassionate, high-quality, and person-centred care to individuals with diverse needs.

My career began in aged care, where I gained valuable experience supporting individuals with complex health needs, chronic conditions, medication management, personal care requirements, and daily living support. Over the years, I have built strong clinical skills and a deep understanding of delivering care that promotes dignity, respect, safety, and wellbeing.

Working in both aged care and community environments has strengthened my passion for helping people remain connected within their communities and live meaningful lives. I believe that every participant has unique goals, strengths, and aspirations, and I am committed to providing care that is tailored to each individual’s needs and preferences.

As a Registered Nurse within the NDIS sector, I am passionate about delivering person-centred supports that empower participants to increase independence, improve health outcomes, and enhance quality of life. My focus is on building trusting relationships with participants, families, and support networks while delivering professional and holistic care in a safe and supportive environment.

I take pride in supporting individuals through clinical nursing care, health education, community participation, and ongoing support that helps participants achieve their goals and reach their full potential.

What matters most

The kind of support participants and families actually want.

Lifecare Nursing Services is shaped around the priorities people talk about again and again: consistency, communication, respect, and support that makes a practical difference.

Consistency matters

Participants do better when support feels familiar, reliable, and anchored in routines that make sense for everyday life.

Communication should be easy

Families and carers should not have to chase updates. Good service includes clarity, responsiveness, and follow-through.

Support should move goals forward

Daily support is not just about getting through the day. It should help build confidence, skills, and stronger participation over time.

Respect is non-negotiable

Participants deserve support that protects dignity, honours choice, and creates space for people to be themselves.

Our approach

We are building a service experience where support feels organised, personalised, and easy to trust, from first contact through to the day-to-day delivery of care.

No. Many people first reach out because they know something is not working well, but they are not sure what the right support mix looks like yet. We can talk through goals, routines, and funding pathways together.
Yes. We welcome the people who are part of the support network, as long as the participant is comfortable with that. Clear communication with families and carers often makes support stronger and easier to sustain.
We pay close attention to routines, communication preferences, goals, and the practical details that shape each participant’s day. That helps us build support around the person instead of forcing the person into a standard model.
Yes. Life changes, and support should be able to adapt with it. We aim to keep communication open so service arrangements can respond to new routines, goals, or challenges without losing continuity.
